Novelty shop credit. Not an investment.
GoldTicket (GTIX) is a novelty token for entertainment and use as credit in the GoldTicket wearable shop. GTIX has no cash value and no right to cash redemption. It is not offered as an investment, a savings product, or a way to earn money. Do not acquire GTIX expecting profits, appreciation, interest, dividends, or resale proceeds.
You can lose everything you spend or trade. Use the service at your own risk.
Terms & risks
What GTIX does—and does not—provide
GTIX can be used for supported shop transactions while the service and inventory are available. Paying for GTIX or receiving it for a wearable does not give you ownership in the shop, income rights, a guaranteed exchange rate, or a right to withdraw money. Any displayed purchase price is the cost of acquiring shop credit; it is not a cash redemption value, market valuation, or promise of future value. We do not promise a market, liquidity, ongoing availability, or that another person will accept GTIX.
No financial advice
Nothing on this site, in Decentraland, or in an offer from Goldy is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Descriptions and offers are for entertainment and shop transactions. Make your own decisions about whether to spend or trade, and obtain independent advice when you need it.
Review each trade
Only trade assets you own or are authorized to use. Check the wearable, wallet, network, amount, and permissions before approving any wallet request. A wearable permission is not a completed sale. A confirmed sale transfers your wearable to the shop in exchange for the displayed GTIX amount. A purchase transfers payment in exchange for the stated item or GTIX. Do not rely on a loading screen or an approval receipt as proof of final delivery.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Conversion quotes, slippage, and approvals may vary; review the applicable checkout and wallet request. These terms do not create a general right to refunds or cash redemption; any rights required by law remain intact.
Use at your own risk
Risks include lost or stolen wallet access, malicious approvals, smart-contract defects, third-party attacks, outages, incorrect data, failed transactions, changing fees, and loss of tokens, wearables, or payments. We cannot recover your seed phrase or guarantee recovery of assets. Never share private keys or recovery phrases with the shop or anyone claiming to represent it.
Wearable donations
A wearable donation permanently transfers the selected Polygon wearable to GoldTicket’s separate donations wallet. It is a gift to the store, with no payment, GTIX, pawn ticket, or right to reclaim it. Confirm only if you own the wearable and intend to give it away.
The store may resell donated wearables. A wearable transfer to GoldTicket does not automatically pay GiveDirectly. Donations to the store are not direct donations to GiveDirectly, and GoldTicket does not issue charitable tax receipts. No affiliation with or endorsement by GiveDirectly is claimed. Learn about GiveDirectly.
50% of realized profit from donated-item sales to GiveDirectly
Pawn Shop Party commits to donating 50% of actual, positive realized profit from selling donated items to GiveDirectly. This commitment applies to profit realized by monetizing donated items through completed sales.
When profit is realized: for this commitment, realized profit means proceeds actually received and settled from completed sales of donated items, less refunds, chargebacks and documented transaction and operating costs attributable to those sales, calculated before this charitable contribution. Proceeds received in cryptocurrency count at their value when received and settled; later increases in the value of assets still held do not count until realized. Unsold inventory, asking prices, estimated wearable values, unrealized gains and the issuance or circulation of GTIX alone are not realized profit.
When donations are made: profit-based donations are made when actual profit is realized, after the related proceeds have settled and costs have been reconciled. A purchase or wearable donation does not trigger an immediate charitable payment. No profit-based contribution is due before there is positive realized profit; we may also make separately identified voluntary contributions.
The 50% share is based on realized profit from selling donated items, not gross sales or a wearable’s estimated value. Completed contributions and transaction receipts are published on View Donations, with any processing fees and net fund credits shown separately. A receipt for credit to GiveDirectly’s Endaoment fund does not confirm a subsequent payout by Endaoment to GiveDirectly.
Policy changes and limits: the giving program, including its percentage, beneficiary and calculation or payment arrangements, is subject to change, suspension or discontinuation for future wearable donations. We will publish material changes here with an updated version and effective date before they apply. Changes apply only to items donated after that effective date; items already accepted remain subject to the giving policy in effect when donated, and changes do not reduce contributions already accrued. Nothing here removes rights required by law.
A donated item may never sell or generate positive realized profit. We do not guarantee a resale price, minimum contribution or particular donation payment date. Payment timing depends on settlement, reconciliation and availability of the donation service; any service interruption delays payment rather than cancels accrued commitments. Network and processing fees may reduce the amount credited to the charity, as shown in the public donation record. Past contributions do not guarantee future donation amounts.
No warranties; limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service, tokens, offers, and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of availability, security, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or future value. To that same extent, Pawn Shop Party and its operators accept no liability for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including lost tokens, wearables, payments, profits, data, or indirect or consequential losses.
This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not excuse fraud or other conduct for which applicable law prohibits a waiver. A checkbox or disclaimer does not override mandatory law.
Availability and changes
Offers may expire, inventory may change, and access may be paused. Review the current terms before a new trade. Material changes will be identified by an updated version and effective date on this page. Revised terms apply prospectively and do not rewrite completed trades or remove existing legal rights.
Privacy
Information used by the service
The checkout uses your public wallet address, selected network, wearable collection and token identifiers, public balances and ownership information, offers, request identifiers, transaction hashes, signatures you authorize, and transaction status. The service keeps trade and relay records to submit transactions, display receipts, recover pending requests, prevent duplicate submissions, and maintain transaction records. Hosting and infrastructure providers may also process IP addresses, browser and device information, request timestamps, and error logs when you access the service.
Wallets and browser storage
The site requests wallet access and transaction authorization through your chosen wallet provider. Your wallet manages your keys; the checkout does not ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Browser storage is used for wallet connection preferences and checkout recovery identifiers. Wallet software may maintain its own connection state under its own privacy terms. Disconnecting or clearing browser storage does not delete completed blockchain transactions or server-side receipts.
Service providers and public blockchains
Information is processed by infrastructure used to provide the service, including Google Firebase hosting and databases, Polygon RPC and blockchain services, Decentraland wearable and image services, and your selected wallet provider. Payment conversion may involve LI.FI or another third-party quote or routing provider. Google Fonts serves typography used by the site. These providers may have their own privacy practices. We may disclose relevant records when required by law or when necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service, or resolve a transaction dispute.
Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are public and can be linked to activity elsewhere. A pseudonymous address is not anonymous. Blockchain records cannot be edited or deleted by us. Links to block explorers and other sites lead to services with their own policies.
Retention and your choices
Operational and transaction records may remain for recovery, security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period. You can decline a wallet connection, reject a transaction, disconnect your wallet, or clear this site's browser storage. You may request information about off-chain records, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights; requests may require proof of control of the relevant wallet, never its private key. Records required by law or necessary to resolve ongoing transactions may need to be retained.
Operator and privacy requests
This service is operated by Sovereign Utilities LLC dba Pawn Shop Party. For support or privacy requests, email support@sovereignutilities.com. Include your public wallet address and relevant transaction hash when needed to identify a trade. Never send private keys or recovery phrases.
